Mephisto is an illustrator/painter/printmaker/designer and musician based in Wellington, New Zealand. He makes art and music for a living, and enjoys freedom of expression through a brush, pencil, screen, spray-can, marker, camera, guitar, drum kit, and skateboard.

He draws for himself, bands, record labels, event promoters, magazines, apparel companies, design companies, advertising agencies, the film industry, the street, galleries, family, some friends, some strangers, and maybe someday even you.

Mephisto's art-making shares equal- first-place with his love of music. He currently plays the drums in band, Akaname (heavy experimental/grindcore), Dial (punk/dirge), as well as playing guitar and programmed drums in Ornithologist (electro-grind/new-wave).
