Itch is an artist incubated in the mercurial waters surrounding Newcastle's heavy industry before being introduced at a ripe age to the sunnier climes of Melbourne.

Reared exclusively on energy drinks and cathode rays he is known to be a volatile character who dabbles in the dark arts of graffiti, tattooing and pixel pushing.

Bucking convention he belongs to the small group of fine artists who prefer to apply paint themselves rather than simply "collaborating" with artists in the Asian free-trade zones.

He exhibits regularly in the America's and Europe's and hopes one day to show work in Melbourne galleries
